Request a Meeting
DO NOT use this for routine communications. This is only for scheduling in-person meetings.
DO NOT use this for driver license issues. They are managed by the Driver License Division.
To request a meeting with someone from the Division of Motor Vehicle, contact us using the email form above. Please include your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of why you are requesting a meeting. We will respond within two business days.
